Welcome to my blog! My name is Rachel and I’m a thirty-something-year-old wife, mother of two, teacher, avid reader, and fitspo wannabe. After years (I mean YEARS!) of dieting myself miserable, I finally found a balance between eating healthy and treat yo’self. I’m all about flexible dieting, creating a sustainable plan that works for you, and never saying a certain food is “off-limits.” I started this blog to help people, women especially, break the dieting cycle, stop living and dying by the scale, and begin to love the bodies they are in while working for the bodies they want. There are no magic pills, shakes, powders, or wraps; it takes work, dedication, and patience. There is no quick fix.
